1. Experience

Early on I saw the potential of BIM and one it's by products, Visualisation. The ability to covey key concepts or ideas from building information allows for us to impress on our clients or general public the feeling or scope of what we are trying to achieve.

2. Result

I started building visualisation in realtime engine in 2013. I used 3ds max and Vrays GPU renderer to create these with someone else hitting them with photoshop after. I never liked the fact that images should need touching up after the render, I always figured if you were good enough the renders should be too. With a timeframe of 1 week however I was happy to have a hand.

3. Role

I had to model the entireity of the plan from a few plan sketches, I then had to texture and light the HUGE scene. I assisted with some Photoshop but that was mainly handled by someone else from the team. Beat this, due to the superb communication at the company I worked at the final images were never used.
